Billie Eilish has confirmed that she is in the final stages of her new album, "Hit Me Hard and Soft." In a recent interview with triple j Mornings, she shared that the album is "almost done" and that she's "really excited about it."
The album's tracklist has not yet been released, but Eilish did say that it will be "a mix of everything" and that she's "been experimenting with a lot of different sounds." She also hinted that the album will be more personal than her previous work and that she's "really proud of it."
Following the recent announcement, a single from the album titled "Hit Me Hard and Soft" was released. The song is available to stream now on Spotify, Apple Music and YouTube.
Eilish's fans have been eagerly awaiting the release of her new album. Her previous album, "Happier Than Ever," was released in July 2021 and was a critical and commercial success. It debuted at number one on the Billboard 200 and won a Grammy Award for Album of the Year.
